1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. The Services and all original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quiz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, copy, reproduce, or distribute the materials (including practice tests, quizzes, and study guides).
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or scrape any software or content contained on the platform.
• Remove any copyright, watermark, or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access premium content.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

Certain features of the Services are subject to a fee (the "Premium Services"). If you elect to use Premium Services, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.

• Billing: Fees for Premium Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) or as a one-time purchase, depending on the plan you select.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the current billing period, it will automatically renew at the then-current rate.
• Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases of our Premium Services. After the 30-day period, all payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
• Payment Information: You must provide valid and current payment information. By providing such information, you authorize us to charge all fees incurred through your account to your designated payment method.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, trojan horses, or worms.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or third-party data contained therein.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their related systems or networks.
• Cheat on assessments or distribute assessment answers to other users.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that (i) the Services will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) that passing our mock exams guarantees success in actual official examinations.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Quiz, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact our support team to request account deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
